Netrian Ventures
Unasi controls Belgiumdomains LLC, Capitoldomains LLC, and Domaindoorman LLC, 3 ICANN-accreditated registars, which it uses to conduct its operations. Although the companies are set up to look legitimate, not much effort was taken to make it appeat that way. A quick look at the websites of these companies reveals that each of the registrars:
- only offers to register domain names (they don't offer other services such as web hosting, which is very uncommon)
- do not have pricing information on their web sites, which suggests they are not actively trying to attract customers
- do not register individual domain names - they offer only to register for bulk domains (virtually unheard of for legitmate registrars)
Further investigation of the websites confirms that they are used exclusively for Unasi's operations.

Notice the overlapping contact information below on the right. It appears that Mr. Vazquez may have made an attempt to use different contact information.

About J.P. Vazquez
In 2000, Mr. Vazquez was the Vice President of Finance for iHoldings, Inc.3 (iHoldings was the parent company for dotregister, another ICANN accredited registrar.) In iHoldings' annual report, dated April 2007, Vazquez is listed as the second highest manager of the company after president Baron Richard.4 Barry Wasserstrom is listed as the registered agent for iHoldings. (The registered agent, which is a requirement of every LLC company, is someone who must be located at a physical street address during normal visit hours to receive legal documents from the state.)
Initial Filing: registrars Belgiumdomains, Capitoldomains, Domaindoorman
The Articles of Organization for each of the three registrars Belgiumdomains, Capitoldomains, and Domaindoorman were all filed on the same date, November 6, 20065. Notice that the address of the three registrars is the same address as iHoldings. All three documents were signed by Mr. Vazquez. For all three registrars, Mr. Wasserstrom is named the registered agent.
About Netrian Ventures, Ltd.
On May 8, 2007, J.P. Vazquez officially changed the management of belgiumdomains, capitoldomains, and domaindoorman from iHoldings to Netrian Ventures, Ltd.6 iHoldings.com, Inc. was then (quietly?) dissolved two months later in July 2007.7 Note that the address listed for Netrian Ventures is the same as iHoldings.
Despite the Florida address listed in the documents, Netrian Ventures is not listed as a company on Florida's Division of Corporations website (sunbiz.org). However, there is a placeholder website in place for Netrian Ventures, which lists the company address as P.O. Box 3174 Road Town, Tortola, VG (British Virgin Islands). Below is a screenshot of the entire Netrian Ventures website.8
Same Webserver
The websites of all three registrars, belgiumdomains, capitoldomains, and domaindoorman, as well as the website for Netrian Ventures all reside on the same webserver:9
Revealingly, the webserver is located in Miami, Florida, the same city as iHoldings. According to the information below, the websites sit on a server owned by the former iHoldings, Inc.10
